By accessing or using RepoRadius, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

RepoRadius is a directory of repossession agencies in the United States. The platform allows agencies to claim and manage their listings and allows lenders and forwarders to search for agencies by coverage area.

Unclaimed listings are compiled from public records. Agencies may claim their listing to take ownership of the information displayed. By claiming a listing, the agency owner represents that they are authorized to manage that business's profile.

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including coverage areas, contact details, and credential documents.

RepoRadius records documents provided by agencies and notes when they were last reviewed. We do not authenticate documents, confirm current licensing or insurance status, or guarantee the accuracy of any credential. A listing on RepoRadius is not an endorsement. Lenders remain responsible for their own vendor due diligence.

Paid listing tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your agency dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may not use RepoRadius to scrape listings in bulk, misrepresent your agency, submit fraudulent credential documents, or interfere with the platform's operation.

RepoRadius is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, inaccurate listing information, or the conduct of any agency listed in the directory.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
