RepoRadius collects information you provide directly (such as agency name, contact details, and coverage information when claiming a listing), information collected automatically (such as usage data and log files), and information from public directories used to seed the initial agency database.

We use collected information to operate the directory, display agency listings to lenders and forwarders, process subscription payments, send transactional emails, and improve the platform.

Agency profile information (name, coverage area, contact details, credentials) is publicly visible on the platform as part of the directory. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We share information with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including payment processors (Stripe), database infrastructure (Supabase), and email delivery services.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Unclaimed listing data sourced from public records may be retained indefinitely as part of the public directory.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Agencies may update their listing information at any time through the agency dashboard.

We use cookies for authentication sessions and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
